Thank you for your patience while we were solving the issue with the Tenant provisioning.
Root Cause Analysis: The incident was caused by internal infrastructure configuration on our side.
Resolution: Our engineering team corrected the configuration and check all is running.
Remediation items: Determined scope of additional testing to eliminate possibility of facing similar issues.
We’re happy to report that the issue with tenant provisioning that affecting some part of our customers has been resolved.
We can confirm that it was configuration issue.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
