Root cause identification and analysis:
The issue was caused by a code error which reached production with the new release.
Resolution:
To fix the issue we applied a hotfix that included a code change regarding the PDF documents display inside the course player.
Remediation items:
We are going to improve testing process to prevent similar cases from happening in the future.
We’re happy to report that the issues affecting course content have now been resolved.

The cause of the issue with the course player being unable to load *.pdf files has been identified.

We are currently aware of an issue with some customers in North Europe and Germany regions receiving an error when trying to access the content inside course player.
Users may see "This resource is no longer available" error message.
