Root Cause Analysis: The problem we encountered was due to a configuration issue.
Resolution: The engineering team swiftly identified the issue and implemented a rapid code fix to resolve the problem.
Remediation items: After resolving the issue, our team assessed the scope of further testing required to ensure that we prevent similar problems from arising in the future.
We’re happy to report that the issue with tenant provisioning that has affected some of our customers in specific regions has been resolved.
