We sincerely appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue with the web parts loading.

Root Cause Analysis: The incident was caused by the misconfiguration of the LMS365 CDN infrastructure.

Resolution: Our engineering team has fixed the configuration.

Remediation items: Our team is working on enhancing the automations infrastructure associated with the CDN and improving alerts system. These improvements have been specifically designed to proactively mitigate any future occurrences of similar issues.

We are currently aware of an issue where customers in all regions are getting a blank screen error when trying to access the contents in the course player and course catalog web pages.

We are working to determine the cause of this issue and will notify you as soon as we know more.
