Known issues with using Learn365 in the new Microsoft Teams app

In certain cases, users may encounter issues when using Learn365 in the new Microsoft Teams app.

Bug 36354: [Mobile Teams] Files can't be downloaded

Users will experience issues when trying to download files in Learn365 in the new Microsoft Teams app.

Issue 36625: Files from SCORM packages can not be downloaded in Learn356 installed on New Teams

Users will experience issues when trying to download files from SCORM packages in Learn365 in the new Microsoft Teams app.

Issue 37363: MS Sign in loop when viewing embedded documents in Teams/Mobile

Users will experience issues when trying to view embedded content in the Learn365 player.

Workaround

While we work with Microsoft to develop a solution, you might choose to temporarily replace embedded content in affected learning modules with links to content. You can do this using the Website link or Link to file options in the learning module editor. For more information, see this article.
