We can look back at another month with new features and updates released across our products.
Take a moment to explore what’s new!
New in Learn365
New training duration report
A new report is now available in the Reports section of the Learn365 Admin Center, providing insights into the time each user has spent on training activities.
This report, downloadable as an Excel file, pulls data from the Duration (standard format) field within courses and training plans, offering a detailed breakdown of the time each learner has invested in their training.
The report is designed to help customers track employee learning time, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
You can now bulk import target skills
To simplify the initial setup of target skill rules, you can now bulk import target skills directly from a CSV file.
This enhancement streamlines the creation of a skills framework, allowing you to efficiently establish target skill rules and measure skill gaps.
We've introduced improvements to the management of learner records
Purge enrollments directly from the Learn365 admin center
Catalog admins can now permanently delete enrollments directly from the Learn365 Admin Center—a feature previously only available via API.
This new capability allows you to easily remove erroneous or unnecessary records that could otherwise skew transcripts and reports.
Enrollments can be purged individually or in bulk from the Learner's Progress dashboard.
The expiry date of certificates can now be adjusted
Catalog admins now have the ability to adjust the expiry dates of certificates, providing greater flexibility in certification management.
This feature is useful, for example, in situations where the renewal schedule of a certificate has changed, allowing you to easily adapt your certification timelines to meet evolving needs.
New alerts for admins approaching maximum AI request allowance
To help admins stay informed as they approach their monthly AI request allowance, automated notifications will now be sent to selected admins when AI usage reaches 80%, 90%, and 100% of the allotted quota.
These notifications can be managed through the Global Settings on the Subscription Information page, under the Notifications section. You have the flexibility to adjust the notification thresholds to suit your team's needs.
New in Perform365 and Engage365
Enhanced localization across user interfaces
We've enhanced the user experience by localizing additional areas of Perform365 and Engage365 that were previously only available in English, including conversations and admin sections.
This update ensures a seamless experience for users prefer to who work in languages other than English.
New data center in Germany
We are excited to announce the launch of a new data center in Germany.
This allows our German customers to securely host their data within the country, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
User interface (UI) changes are now default for all customers
Earlier this year, we introduced UI improvements to the Engage365 and Perform365 Microsoft Teams app.
From this release, these enhancements, previously available in preview, are now the default user interface for all customers.
