We are excited to announce our upcoming updates, which will align and modernize the visual experience across our products: Learn365, Engage365, and Perform365, to provide a delightful and seamless user experience throughout our platform, to empower organizations toward Human Success.
The initial visual improvements will introduce a streamlined navigation experience in the Learn365 Microsoft Teams app and are scheduled for release in October, pending Microsoft's review process
Future releases will continue to build on these improvements, eventually enhancing the user experience across our entire product suite.
Why the change?
The suite of products in Zensai's Human Success Platform each has their unique appearance and user experience. While this has enabled us to cater to diverse needs, it has also presented challenges in terms of usability and aesthetic consistency.
Additionally, customer feedback collected through interviews, surveys and reports, has highlighted the opportunity for improvements in these areas.
What can you expect
Our goal is to align and improve the design and user experience (UX) across our three products in the Human Success Platform.
This transformation is guided by our "Lovable UX Principles," designed to surprise, delight, and empower users.
Here’s what you can expect:
Enhanced experience for end users
We’re aligning and modernizing the user interface (UI) across our products to offer a seamless and intuitive experience.
End users will be able to effortlessly navigate course content, discover new courses, complete weekly check-ins, prepare for performance conversations, and more in a unified experience.

Gradual rollout with first changes introduced to the Learn365 Microsoft Teams app
The updates will be released in stages, planned to start from October 2024.
Initially, these changes will affect the Learn365 end-user interfaces in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint and the Engage365 and Perform365 end-user interfaces in Microsoft Teams.
Engage365 and Perform365 user interfaces accessed via browser will not be affected by the updates rolled out in the first releases.
The first update will introduce a streamlined navigation experience in the Learn365 Teams app, enabling users to access all Learn365 features from a single tab within Microsoft Teams.
This update is scheduled for release in October, pending Microsoft’s review process.

Preview mode
To ensure a smooth transition, the new design will be available in preview mode, allowing users to switch between the current and updated user interface.
This gives users time to familiarize themselves with the upcoming changes.
NOTE
The navigation updates within the Learn365 app for Microsoft Teams will be immediately available to all users upon release, without the option to preview.
Focus on visual enhancements
With the first updates, we are primarily updating the visual elements. There will be minimal changes to UX flows and navigation.
Custom branding preserved
Rest assured, these changes will not affect any customized branding of SharePoint sites, mobile apps, Teams logo, and brand name.
Looking forward
We are excited for you to experience these improvements and believe they will enhance your interaction with our platform. We will make sure to update you as new updates are rolled out and look forward to your feedback as we continue to innovate and evolve.
