Introducing a fresh new look and an improved user experience for our products

We are excited to announce our upcoming updates, which will align and modernize the visual experience across our products: Learn365, Engage365, and Perform365, to provide a delightful and seamless user experience throughout our platform, to empower organizations toward Human Success.

Initial visual improvements were released in preview mode in November 2024 to the Learn365 Microsoft Teams app, introducing a streamlined navigation experience and a preview of designs for the 'My Overview,' 'My Teams Overview,' and 'My Training' sections. These updates showcase a preview of the new designs but doesn't yet offer full feature parity with the current version. Full parity will be introduced as we continue to build on the improvements.

Future releases will continue to build on these improvements, eventually enhancing the user experience across our entire product suite.

Editor's note: As new details about future updates become available, we’ll keep this page current so you can stay informed on what's coming. Be sure to check back for the latest developments as we continue to refine and roll out our improvements.

Why the change?

The suite of products in Zensai's Human Success Platform each has their unique appearance and user experience. While this has enabled us to cater to diverse needs, it has also presented challenges in terms of usability and aesthetic consistency.

Additionally, customer feedback collected through interviews, surveys and reports, has highlighted the opportunity for improvements in these areas.

What can you expect

Our goal is to align and improve the design and user experience (UX) across our three products in the Human Success Platform.

This transformation is guided by our "Lovable UX Principles," designed to surprise, delight, and empower users.

Here’s what you can expect:

Enhanced experience for end users

We’re aligning and modernizing the user interface (UI) across our products to offer a seamless and intuitive experience.

End users will be able to effortlessly navigate course content, discover new courses, complete weekly check-ins, prepare for performance conversations, and more in a unified experience.
