What's New in The Human Success Platform - October 2024

Here are the latest features and updates we’ve rolled out in the past month. Take a look to see which new additions will make the most difference to your day-to-day. Let's dive in!

New in Learn365

Complete learning materials generated with the help of AI

We're taking the next leap forward in supporting you in learning content creation with this month's release of new Learn365's AI capabilities. With this update, administrators can now create a course that is populated with modules of learning content with a simple addition of text.

Simply enter some text or upload text-based files to start the AI-powered journey to create course content. From there, define the number of learning modules that you would like AI to generate from your text. We recommend allowing this to be defined by AI, but you have the option to choose a specific number of modules.

You can also decide on the complexity of the course materials from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Also, customize the learning material by deciding on a tone of voice that suits your vision for the course content.

Storytelling mode is a feature with learning material generation where AI creates a "hero" to convey the story of your content. Additionally, opt to include the glossary section if you'd like an index of terminology used throughout the course to be listed at the end.

From here, all modules and learning items will be united by one core structure of the course which is presented as an overview for the creator to assess. The creator can quickly and easily decide on custom course content like a customizable number of multiple-choice questions, true/false questions, matching, and quiz passing scores. AI will then provide a course overview for you to review and adjust based on your needs.

Edit, delete, and revoke invites for Flow365 users

Flow365 is designed for the frontline workforce and enables our customers to bring learning and development opportunities to everyone in their organization via on-the-go training with mobile access.

With this release, admins can revoke invites for non-activated frontline workers. Admins can also edit frontline worker user profile fields and delete frontline worker users. This functionality was built to empower admins to be able to perform various user management actions.

Update to FLow365 functionality

API to enable/disable sign-in for Flow365 users

In some cases, administrators would like to temporarily remove access to Learn365 without deleting the user. For example, if you are managing teams of seasonal workers, there can be a need to disable their sign-in during an off-season.

This also helps to maximize the use of your organization's user licenses most optimally. This feature allows the use of API Endpoints to enable and disable the sign-in of frontline workers, and if a disabled user is reactivated, their learning history will still be present.

New in Perform365

Perform365 and Engage365 now offer a Canadian data center

Do you have requirements to host your data within Canadian borders? We can now support you with a new data center location in Canada. This was an important improvement to expand our ability to support global customers.

Currently, we have data centers located in the UK, India, Germany, and Canada, and we will continue to add locations in the future.
