AI course generation
Create complete courses from a video
With this release, our AI Course Generator now lets you create learning materials simply by uploading a video.
This means, that you can now generate training descriptions and information, tags and metadata, quiz questions and learning content from a video.
This enables you to transform your video content into a fully-fledged course in moments.
Flow365, our solution for frontline workers and external users, brings learning and development opportunities to those inside and outside your organization—even without a Microsoft 365 account.
With this release, we're introducing a selection of updates to Flow365.
Support for instructor-led training
Flow365 now supports instructor-led training (ILT), enabling admins to centrally manage and communicate ILT sessions.
Learners can access their ILT details alongside their on-demand e-learning content in Flow365, enhancing their overall experience.
This means Flow365 users now can access same training opportunities as other Learn365 users via the Learn365 platform.
Shared device access
We’ve added a simple 'Sign Out' button to the Flow365 interface, allowing multiple users to share devices seamlessly.
Each user can now log in, access their personal training progress, and log out with ease—perfect for kiosk or shared-device environments.
Authentication with sign-in identity
Flow365 users can now authenticate using their sign-in identity—either their email address or phone number—to complete the 'Confirmation' learning module item by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
