Introducing the Content365 family
Content curation options for Learn365 are growing with our new Content365 family of add-ons. Existing integrations with Go1, LinkedIn, Storyals and Clip Training will all be prefixed with Content365 x (spoken 'powered by'). They can be found in a new category in the Global Settings, 'Content365'. This is also where you'll find new Content365 integrations as they are added.
User interface updates
Updates focus on the mobile experience
Our updates to the user interface continue. This month, users who access Learn365 from a mobile device will see the most change. Improvements have been made to the sessions functionality, my training and to the courses themselves, simplifying views and enhancing mobile-responsiveness.
If users don't want to move to the new design just yet, the toggle at the bottom of the Learn365 page enables them to stay in the current view.
Flow365 users can now use the Learn365 mobile app
In addition to the options all deskless workers have to access Learn365 via their mobile device on a web browser, Flow365 users are now also able to download and use the Learn365 mobile app.
Simplified user administration for frontline and deskless workers
Invitation process
Flow365 users no longer need to accept an invite to access Learn365. LMS admins can simply create those user accounts in the Learn365 admin center, generating a temporary password for frontline and deskless workers. Learners can access Learn365 via their mobile device on a web browser, or using the Learn365 mobile app. This makes it even quicker to get training where it's needed most for employees to be safe and compliant as they carry out their work.
Create groups to more easily enroll learners
No longer restricted to creating groups using Entra ID, LMS administrators can now include Flow365 users in groups by using a new Groups section, natively in the Learn365 API.
Subscription insights
Additional data is available to help administrators understand whether their subscription is consumed by Learn365 users, or learners just accessing Flow365 capabilities. This update to the Users block includes new fields that make this quick to check and manage.
Language support
Portuguese (Brazil) is now included in the languages supported by Learn365, currently on the web version.
New in Engage365
360 Assessments
To give employees and managers more detailed insights into 360 review feedback, breakdowns by assessor type have been added to each step of the process. Peers, direct reports and managers as well as specific internal or external individuals can be selected during the initial request, and the feedback received will then be categorized into each group once it's been received.
