Introduction
Perform & Engage 365 empowers managers and their teams to drive sustainable engagement across your organization, enhance performance management processes, and help develop a better workplace culture.
This is achieved using a combination of traditional activities such as pulse surveys, performance management, and employee recognition, into a single, easy-to-use process.
Central to Perform & Engage 365 is the regular 10 minute check-in for employees and managers. The check-in enables employees to update their managers on their recent accomplishments, progress, challenges they are encountering, and how they're feeling. This information enables managers to provide feedback, help to remove blockers, act on ideas, and monitor engagement.
While employee check-ins shouldn't replace regular meetings with their manager, check-ins can be used to help structure effective conversations at formal meetings. Employees can also use check-ins to give their manager regular updates between more formal meetings, potentially resulting in earlier resolutions to ongoing challenges.
In this article, we provide an overview of the key features of the Perform & Engage 365 platform, as well as information on how the platform integrates with various Microsoft products.
