Skills overview page

Overview

The Skills Overview Page serves as a comprehensive dashboard that offers a high-level snapshot of the organization’s skill landscape. It categorizes skills into three main groups:

  • Granted, representing the skills currently held by learners;
  • Expiring, which highlights skills that are nearing their expiration and may require renewal or refresher training; and
  • Revoked, showcasing skills that have been removed or lost, potentially pointing to areas that need additional focus or retraining.

The data is segmented by key factors such as learner, department, and course, providing stakeholders with a well-rounded understanding of skill distribution and progression across the organization. By visualizing these categories in an accessible format, the page enables decision-makers to quickly assess workforce competencies, recognize trends, and develop strategic training initiatives aimed at addressing gaps and sustaining organizational growth.

How it works

Users can refine their view using interactive filters for learners, departments, and courses. These filters dynamically update all visualizations, enabling tailored analysis based on specific needs. This dynamic exploration supports decision-makers in identifying priority areas for development and planning interventions accordingly.
