New in Learn365

Email notifications to support assessment workflow

The ability to upload assessment evidence to Learn365 was introduced in February. Since then, notifications have been developed that improve visibility of the status of assessments and drive urgency with learners. At each stage; sent for review, returned and approved, learners receive notification emails, that is easy to customize using the editable template.

Important from a data privacy perspective as well as simplicity for those adding assessments to their courses, the recipient of the notification is just a ‘supervisor’ or ‘line manager’ designation, ensuring the appropriate person is tasked with assessing the learner’s progress.

Note that the older ‘assessment reviewed’ template will be removed from Learn365.

Intuitive actions added to My Training dashboard

As updates to the user interface continue, learners will find it easier to identify mandatory training with a new label on course thumbnails. When learners hover over, they will be able to go straight to the course player to start or resume learning.

New in Engage365

Engagement Survey Reporting

Create engagement surveys in just a few clicks by choosing from a bank of expert-created questions designed to uncover insights to help you accelerate human success in your organization. Alternatively, add custom questions and start building your engagement survey. Surveys can be shared using imported people properties (e.g. location) or with department, team or individual recipient groups in Engage365.

A new admin reporting dashboard showcases aggregated survey responses including response rates and number of participants. Responses are then displayed in charts giving at-a-glance insights into what employees most appreciate and where they need support.

For text-based questions, which can be time-consuming to review, an AI-generated summary highlights common themes across responses, speeding up time to insight. This also helps bring objectivity to question analysis and reduces the risk of identifying responders based on writing style.

After a survey is published in Engage365, it cannot be edited or accessed. This is intended to ensure that anonymity is preserved and admins aren’t able to navigate to user profiles and see their submitted surveys. Dynamic anonymity thresholds are editable with a default of 5 responses before reporting becomes available. If a team or group size drops below that threshold, reporting will no longer be available.

To get started, see the Help Center articles on how to configure an engagement survey (for organization admins) and how to complete an engagement survey (for employees)
