We are currently experiencing an issue affecting certificates added to courses configured in non-English locales. While certificates appear correctly in the progress section — showing validity and allowing download — the files open as blank documents. Users may also see a prompt asking whether to save changes when closing the file.

Our team has successfully reproduced the issue and is actively working on a fix. We will share updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
