What's New in the Human Success Platform, July 2025

Welcome to the July 2025 edition of our What's New article! This month, we’re excited to share enhancements that continue to elevate the Learn365 experience and deepen our integration with Microsoft Copilot. Let’s dive into the updates that are now live and ready to support your teams.

Learn365

Course Creation via Microsoft Copilot

Creating courses just got easier, and smarter. You can now initiate course creation directly from Copilot in Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint or Microsoft 365 Cloud.

This feature uses the same AI engine as our Admin Center’s course creation tool, but now it’s available wherever you work. Simply choose content or describe your course requirements, and Copilot will generate a draft course - complete with preview card, language selection, and default learning content. Once you’re happy with the content, you can view and publish from Admin Center.

Learn365 can be added to Copilot for any Learn365 subscription and is available across all Copilot plans.

Training Mandatory Field Enhancement

Mandatory training is often mandatory to just a subset of employees. It’s now possible to mark training as mandatory for specified users or groups, rather than for everyone in the organization.

  • Admins can choose from three options: not mandatory, mandatory for everyone, or mandatory for selected users/groups.
  • Both Entra ID and Learn365 groups are supported.

This update gives L&D teams more flexibility to tailor the delivery of critical compliance, onboarding and role-based training to the right audiences.

Enhanced Course Cards

We have another update to the new UI this month. We’ve added more context to course cards in the Learn365 catalog to help learners make informed decisions at a glance. Cards now display:

  • Star ratings
  • Associated skills (with a “+” indicator for more than two)
  • Enrolment and completion status

These updates are part of our Lovable UX initiative, designed to unify the visual experience across our platform and delight users with intuitive, modern design.

Learn365 Add-ons & Automation Center

Certificate Builder is now available in the Learn365 Automation Center

The Certificate Builder solution provides the ability to create custom certificate templates that can be incorporated with your existing Learn365 certificate templates library. The Certificate Builder provides more customization of certificate fields and provides the ability to include dynamic data and custom user properties created within the Automation Center's Synchronizer solution.

Note that Automation Center is included with all Success Plus and Premium plans. Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager if you’re not already using Automation Center.

That’s it for July! As always, we’d love to hear your feedback. Please reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Ready to explore these updates? Head to Learn365 and start creating, assigning, and learning smarter.

Yes! finally, we see course completion status on the course cards in the course catalog! That was a suggestion I made a long time ago. Thank you!

Will this be available in the browser version eventually? I only see it in the Teams app on my client. Your screenshot is from the browser / SharePoint version though.
