Labels will allow you to organize your Reporter Subscriptions and Assigner Profiles for easier identification and management of these items.
The label view will only occur when you have at least one profile or subscription with a label associated.
Managing Labels
Labels will be managed within the settings of the specific Automation Center tool (Assigner > Settings and Reporter > Settings). They can be managed by selecting the Manage Labels button.
Creating Labels
You can create a label by typing in a new label and selecting Add.
Editing Labels
To edit the name of label:
- Click on the Pencil icon next to the label
- Enter a new name for the label
- Click save
Deleting Labels
To delete a label, select the Trash Can icon next to the label.
NOTE
In order to delete a label, this label must not be currently associated with a Profile or Subscription. You will need to remove the label from any profiles or subscriptions that are actively using it.
Assigning Labels
You are able to assign labels to Profiles and Subscriptions after they have been created in the corresponding settings of the tool you are using.
To assign a label to a Profile or Subscription, edit the profile or subscription. Then in the Basic Details, select a label from the drop down.
If you would like to remove a label from a Subscription or Profile, select the None option.
NOTE
If you do not see the label drop down, please ensure that you have created a label in the settings of the corresponding tool.
