What's New in the Human Success Platform, November 2025

Welcome to the penultimate update for 2025. The November release brings powerful updates to Learn365 that boost compliance confidence, streamline the user experience, and drive down complexity. Let’s get right to the highlights.

Learn365

Enforce minimum time spent with new content timer

Ensure learners don’t miss critical content by enforcing a minimum time spent. You can now set timers on individual content items including documents, videos, audio, and embedded resources. Learners won’t be able to proceed until the timer expires, ensuring meaningful engagement. This is especially critical for those in regulated industries or with mandatory training programs.

Supported formats include:

  • Content editor items
  • Embedded code
  • Documents (doc, ppt, pdf)
  • Media files (mp4, avi, mp3, wav)

Reset due date on re-enrollment

Avoid confusion with outdated deadlines. A new sub-setting allows due dates to reset when learners re-enroll, keeping reminders and overdue statuses accurate.

When a learner re-enrolls in a course after being unenrolled for a period of time, Learn365 now gives administrators the option to reset the due date. This new sub-setting means:

  • The due date will be recalculated based on the new enrolment date.
  • Learners won’t be penalized with overdue notifications from their previous enrolment.

This is especially helpful for organizations where learners may return to training after several months or even a year. It prevents confusion and frustration for returning learners, helps administrators automate accurate progress tracking and keeps deadlines relevant and achievable.

Note that this reset only applies to incomplete enrolments. If a learner completed the course, then unenrolled and re-enrolled, the original completion status remains unchanged. It does not automatically adjust any other course settings or notifications beyond the due date.

Skills mapping with AI

To bring additional flexibility to your skills framework you can now use AI in Learn365 to generate suggested skills for multiple courses at once. Learn365 will show skills that are already assigned to courses, skills that exist in the framework that may be relevant, and additional skills that don’t exist but may be a valuable addition.

Administrators keep control of which skills are assigned, and avoid the risk of duplication. With a more dynamic, agile skills framework, organizations can close skill gaps faster, make learning paths smarter and deliver a more personalized learning experience.

More in the new user interface: Calendar view, certificates and CEUs

You’ll notice a few expansions to the new user interface, including a calendar view of the course catalog accessible from the Training Dashboard.

Certificates and CEUs page are also moved into the new view, making it easier for learners to track progress and achievements in a visually intuitive way.

Support for multiple HRIS or HCM systems

Learn365 now supports multiple HRIS connections via Integrate365, simplifying user management. Provision users seamlessly across regions, business units or acquired entities that may have independent systems, while maintaining strict data separation and control.
