Welcome to the final update of the year! This month’s release introduces powerful enhancements designed to improve administrative flexibility, elevate AI-driven content creation, and streamline integrations. Let’s dive into the highlights.
Learn365
Increased control over AI-created course output
You can now ensure the content created by AI within Learn365 aligns more closely with your organization’s brand voice and compliance standards with centralized management.
Using custom AI instructions, admins can define style guides, choose their tone of voice, and specify terminology, including words to avoid, through rules. The underlying AI in Learn365 will continue to apply responsible AI principles and will not implement inappropriate instructions.
Note this feature will not affect courses created with Content365 Authoring
Ensure ongoing employee support with delegate managers
Building on the Proxy Manager functionality introduced earlier this year, Learn365 now supports Delegates. This is most useful in cross-functional or matrix organizations, where employee responsibilities span multiple teams.
Admins can now assign additional managers to employees without altering organizational hierarchy in Entra ID. Where a proxy manager might take over from a manager during absences or transitions, delegates are an additional, not a replacement manager.
In this first release, delegates can be created by LMS Admins, giving those managers access to the line manager dashboard and the my training dashboard, where they can view and act on training for their assigned employees, including the approval of assessments.
Enhance engagement with course narration in Content365 Authoring
Enhance learner engagement, comprehension and retention by adding AI-generated voice narrations to the SCORM courses you create with Content365 Authoring.
You can now choose your language and select your preferred voice during creation, and preview before saving.
While every narration script is easily edited, to ensure accuracy and minimize usage of AI tokens, edits should be made before the audio narration is generated.
This feature consumes tokens at a rate of 1 token per character. There is a 500K monthly token limit. The number of tokens needed for each narration is shown before the narration is generated. For more information on this new feature, take a look at the article on the Help Center.
