We’re happy to report the Creating a new Course Catalog on a Communication Site issue that affected customers in North Europe, United States, Japan, Germany regions have now been resolved. Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you see any further issues.

Our Operational team uploaded the hotfix, which solves this problem. Currently, we are monitoring the results.

We are currently aware of an issue with some customers in North Europe, United States, Japan, Germany regions receiving an error when creating a new Course Catalog on a Communication Site. We are working to understand the cause of this and will keep you updated as we find out more.
As a temporary workaround, we suggest creating new Course Catalogs from the existing site template.
