Introduction
The Course information report provides information about courses in the current catalog.
Generate the Courses information report
Required role: catalog admin.
1. Go to the Learn365 Admin Center > Reports. The Reports page opens.
2. Select Download reports > Courses information to generate the report.
When the report is generated, it will be downloaded to your device as an Excel file and will be available under Notifications (the bell icon). The report will display information in the language defined for the catalog via the Locale setting in the Learn365 Admin Center > Catalog settings > LMS Configuration > Regional settings. Explanation of the Courses information report

The Courses information report includes the following columns:
- Course admin. The email address of the course admin.
- Course type. Training Plan, e-Learning, or Instructor-Led Training.
- Course title. The name of the course or training plan.
- Short description. Short description of the course or training plan.
- Categories. Categories associated with the course or training plan.
- Tags. Tags associated with the course or training plan.
- Course id. The course or training plan ID, if this value has been set.
- Duration std. Shows the duration of the course or training plan in minutes.
- Duration. Shows the duration of the course or training plan in a format defined by the course admin.
- Content name, Content type, Course completion. When rows are expanded, these fields show the name and type of each course or training plan content, and whether each learning item is set as required to complete the course or training plan.
- Enrollment flow. Shows the enrollment flow of the course or training plan.
- CEUs. The number of continuing education units awarded for successful completion of the course or training plan.
- Show in cc. Shows On if the course or training plan is shown in the catalog and Off if it isn't.
- Do not allow unenrollment. Shows On if learners can't be unenrolled from the course or training plan and Off if they can.
- Voluntary retake. Shows On if learners can voluntarily retake the course or training plan and Off if they can't.
- Show as mandatory. Shows On if the course or training plan is mandatory and Off if it isn't.
- Target audience. Shows On if a target audience has been set for the course or training plan and Off if it hasn't.
- Due date. Shows On if a due date was set for the course or training plan and Off if it hasn't.
- Due date value. Displays the number of days after enrollment that the course or training plan is due. This field is populated only if the due date setting is configured in the course or training plan and if the corresponding Due date field is On.

- Certificate. Shows On if a certificate was awarded on successful completion of the course or training plan and Off it wasn't.
- Certificate expiry. Displays the number of days after completion the certificate expires. This field is populated only if the certificate expiry setting is configured in the course or training plan and if the corresponding Certificate field is On.
- Certificate expiry2. Displays the certificate expiry date. This field is populated only if the certificate expiry setting is configured in the course or training plan and if the corresponding Certificate field is On. Select the cell to see the time it expires.
- Skill. Shows On if skills were acquired on successful completion of the course or training plan and Off if they weren't.
- Skills. Displays the skills awarded for the course or training plan. This field is populated only if the corresponding Skill field is On.
- Time zone. Displays the time according to the UTC time zone configured in the regional settings of the course.
- Course source. The source of course, for example Go1 or LinkedIn Learning.
- Rating. The average rating of the course or training plan.
- Favorites. The number of people who have marked the course as a favorite.
- Course created date. The date on which the course was created. Select the cell to see the time it was created.
- Course modified date. The date on which the course was last modified. Select the cell to see the time it was last modified.
- Course publishing date. The date on which the course was published. Select the cell to see the time it was published.
