Generate the training progress report

Introduction

The Training progress report provides information about enrolled learners' progress for courses.

In this article, you'll find information about how to generate the training progress report, and how to download and read it, via the Reports page.

The Training progress report is available from two areas of the Learn365 Admin Center. For information about how to generate this report via the Training Management page, see this article.

 

Generate the training progress report

Required role: catalog admin, line manager.

1. Go to the Learn365 Admin Center > Reports. The Reports page opens.

2. Select Download reports > Training progress report. The Training progress report panel opens.

3. From the Search for training section of the opened Training progress report panel, select the courses for which you want to run the report. Select All courses or specific courses.

If you’re downloading the report as a line manager, select the subordinate level among the:

  • Direct reports.
  • Direct reports and their subordinates.
  • From your level and below: the report reaches the lowest level of the learners’ hierarchy.

4. When you're ready, select Export to Excel to generate the report.

When the report is generated, it will be downloaded to your device as an Excel file and will be available under Notifications (the bell icon). The report will display information in the language defined for the catalog via the Locale setting in the Learn365 Admin Center > Catalog settings > LMS Configuration > Regional settings.
