Learn365 is an application recognized by Microsoft Azure so you can use Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra to generate a log of sign-ins into any Microsoft Azure app, including Learn365.
NOTE
To be able to view a list of sign-ins, make sure you have one of the following Microsoft Entra roles:
- Reports Reader.
- Security Reader.
- Security Administrator.
- Global Reader.
As for the licenses, sign-in logs are available to users with any edition of Microsoft Entra ID.
To filter sign-ins for Learn365:
1. In the Microsoft Entra admin center, go to Monitoring health > Sign-in logs.
2. At the top of the list, select Add filters.
3. Select Application then Apply. The Application contains filter is displayed at the top of the list.
4. Select Application contains, enter LMS365, and select Apply. The log of sign-ins into Learn365 is displayed in the list.
