The Reports page on the Line Manager Dashboard offers line managers a centralized view of downloadable reports, which help track the progress of their direct reports and direct reports’ subordinates. It also shows various dashboard views that help line managers better understand the status and performance of their learning resources.
NOTE
The Reports page on the Line Manager Dashboard is also available to proxy managers and delegates.
If a proxy manager is also a line manager, the reports will include their own direct reports and direct reports' subordinates, as well as those of the line manager to whom they're assigned.
If a proxy manager or a line manager is also a delegate, the reports will also include the team members of this delegate.
For reports that include a Subordinate level parameter, the same rule applies.
To access the Reports page as a line manager, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to My Training Dashboard.
2. From the navigation menu on the left-hand side of My Training Dashboard, select the Line Manager Dashboard link, which is displayed only for line managers.
3. Select Reports on the left-hand side menu.
The Courses, Training plans, and Completions vs due dates dashboards are available for line managers to view, while the Session attendance, Training progress, and Learner progress reports are available for download.
