How to log into the Automation Center

We recommend sending the Automation Center URL to the Global IT Administrator of your organization. There are a few permissions that are required to be accepted prior to being able to access the Automation Center.

Upon accessing the Automation Center for the first time, your administrator will be prompted with this screen:

They will need to accept the permissions, ensuring that they check the "Consent on behalf of your organization". Once this has been completed, users in your organization should be able to access the Automation Center without issues!

IMPORTANT

Not checking the "Consent on behalf of your organization" will result in each user that accesses the Automation Center being asked to give consent on their own behalf.

If the user accessing the Automation Center for the first time does not have Microsoft Global Permissions, they will most likely see the below screen notifying the user that approval is required:

Although you are able to submit an approval request which goes to your IT Administrators, it's much easier to have your IT Global Admin follow the above steps and log in to handle the approval.
