What's New in the Human Success Platform, June 2025

Welcome to the June 2025 edition of our What's New article! This month, we have exciting updates across our Learn365 and Perform & Engage products. Let's dive into the new features and improvements that will enhance your experience and help you achieve your goals. Here we go!

Perform & Engage 365

Excluded persons for check-in questions

We’re introducing the ability to exclude specific users from organizational, departmental, team, and individual check-in questions. This allows admins to ensure check-in questions are only assigned to the most relevant employees, saving time and increasing flexibility.

For example, employees who don’t interact directly with customers would be excluded from questions asking about their customer interactions that week.

Flexible notification settings

HR teams can now decide how and when to distribute notifications to employees. For example, check-in reminders could be set for first thing on a Monday morning, if that is the most likely time for employees to reflect and share feedback.

Engage365 mobile app push notifications

The Engage365 mobile app now supports push notifications, allowing users to receive timely updates directly on their devices. This enhancement aims to improve user engagement by making sure employees don’t miss an opportunity to check in.

Learn365

Employee-driven learning paths

A completely new feature available in the new UI within Learn365, learning paths allow employees to curate a structured, personalized and flexible plan to help them reach their goals, utilizing all the content available to them in Learn365. Employees work through the content at their own pace and can edit paths as they progress. This will help you deliver personalized learning at scale, without needing to deeply understand every role or skill.

Pathways can be created three different ways depending on learner preference and Learn365 configuration.

1. Generate a learning path manually

2. Create a path using Orbie (Zensai’s AI assistant and coach)

3. Use target skills to generate a path

Paths created with Orbie or target skills will include placeholders where learning related to a skill level isn't available in the catalogs accessible to the learner. To fill those content gaps, employees can request learning or search for alternative learning.

Employees access learning paths in Teams or SharePoint; in their flow of work, transforming skills gaps and aspirations into individual growth opportunities.

Orbie can both curate learning paths, and make quick course recommendations. Training Plans are still the preferred way to guide learners through pre-defined learning such as mandatory compliance or onboarding.

Everyone can use create learning paths manually, or ‘from scratch’. AI or Orbie-assisted creation requires AI features to be enabled. Skills will need to be enabled and target skills set in Learn365 for skills-led paths to be available. For guidance on how to create learning paths, see the Help Center articles.

New UI for catalog settings

As part of our ongoing UI improvements, we have updated the catalog settings view in both Teams and SharePoint. By switching to the new UI, catalog and LMS administrators can tailor the view to their preferences.

External training registration

We are very happy to announce another Low-Code solution designed for centralized external training and certificate management using Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Lists.

The External Training Registration solution helps users submit their external training and certificates easily and securely for verification and accessing them anytime from their Training Dashboard. The solution uses a Microsoft Power App as the user interface to submit training registration and certificates, Microsoft Power Automate to automate the approval process, and SharePoint Lists as a certificate storage mechanism and for configuring the Power App settings.

For more information on how to use this feature, see the Help Center article. For more on Learn365 add-on solutions, please see our Learn365 Add-On Solutions Catalog
