Learn365
Introducing the Human Success Score (Preview)
We’re excited to unveil the first component of the Human Success Score: the Organizational Learning Score.
Calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, the Learning Score has two distinct components:
- Mandatory training completions (baseline: 6 courses/year).
- Voluntary self-enrollments (baseline: 3 courses/year).
Each component contributes up to 50 points for a total score out of 100 and supporting metrics include: Learning Engagement Rate, Training Completion Rate, and Self-Enrollment Ratio.
It’s easy to visualize progress on the department leaderboard and success tracker.
The Organizational Learning Score is currently available in preview in select environments. We will share details soon on how you can access this early version.
Redesigned Learning Player (Preview)
We’ve redesigned the Learn365 player to deliver a frustration-free, modern learning experience. The new player is available via the new UI toggle and includes:
- Streamlined navigation with simplified footers and removal of redundant start/status pages.
- Enhanced quiz experience with in-page controls, timed quizzes, and improved mobile usability.
- Completion overlays that clearly indicate course status and next steps.
- Improved training plan navigation with course switcher and “Up Next” indicators.
- SCORM package enhancements, including a new setting to hide the outer “Exit Course” button for a better user experience.
- External app courses now skip redundant status pages.
Proxy Manager Enhancements
In addition to the capabilities released in August, those assigned as Proxy Managers now have full access to skills and reporting features for learners they have been assigned, including:
- Approving/rejecting skill requests (with bulk actions).
- Granting and revoking skills.
- Viewing and updating skill proficiency.
- Access to team skills proficiency and related actions.
- Full access to Line Manager reports (Courses, Training Plans, Completion vs. Due Dates).
- Audit trail logging for all proxy manager assignments and changes.
AI-Powered Learning Content: Now with Multi-Language Support
We’ve enhanced our AI content generation capabilities with two major updates:
1. Multi-Language Support (Preview)
You can now generate learning content in a primary language and up to three additional languages at the same time. The translations are based on the AI-generated primary content to ensure consistency across languages. Translated content includes learning materials and quizzes, while metadata remains in the primary language.
2. Design Improvements
The format of AI-generated content has been improved, including icons, color highlights, and layout enhancements. This aligns the AI-generated content with Fluent UI and accessibility standards. The output will adapt to the tone selected by the course creator (e.g., professional, humorous) for better learner engagement.
Note: Multi-language support is enabled by default and labeled as “Preview” while we continue to refine translations.
Intuitive Content Building with Content365 Authoring
Not every course creator is an L&D expert, but learners expect interactive, engaging learning experiences. To help L&D teams scale their creation efforts, we’re excited to introduce the first version of a new add-on to Learn365 that transforms the creation experience.
Simple enough for those without instructional design expertise, Content365 Authoring can create engaging, interactive training, using AI to generate and refine content. Flexible content options including images, flashcards, videos and quizzes keep learners engaged and reinforce content.
Multiple authors can co-create learning with AI or manually, and import courses into Learn365, ready for publishing. Courses can be edited and deleted from within Learn365.
Speak to your Account Manager or CSM about the new add-on, and take a look at the articles on the Help Center to get started.

Assigner and Reporter Labels
To assist with organizing multiple Assigner Profiles or Reporter Subscriptions, you are now able to create and manage labels to categorize your profiles or subscriptions. Labels can only be created by users who have access to the Assigner or Reporter Settings.
Check out this article for more info about the new label feature.
Perform & Engage365
Mobile check-ins made effortless
We’ve made it easier than ever for employees to stay on top of their check-ins with the Engage365 mobile app. Whether employees are submitting a scheduled check-in or starting an ad-hoc one, the app now intelligently surfaces the most relevant option based on your schedule and the current date.
- Smart check-in logic: Tap the plus icon to open the right check-in - due today, next scheduled, or ad-hoc.
- Streamlined submission: Complete check-ins directly from the list or via the plus icon.
- Quick access to history: View submitted check-ins with full response details.
Managers can also review responses and send reminders, keeping feedback loops active and timely. For a full walkthrough, check out the Engage365 mobile app overview.
External APIs Now Available
We’ve launched a suite of REST APIs to help customers access Perform & Engage 365 data in their preferred BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Using these APIs allows you to integrate performance and engagement data with other business metrics for deeper insights. It also gives you the flexibility to build reports aligned with your organization’s goals, rather than relying on the standard dashboards provided in P&E.
- Generate API keys directly in the platform.
- Access documentation and endpoints via https://pro.weekly10.net/api/v2/swagger.
Most functionality is available via the APIs now, with ad hoc feedback and check-in analytics APIs coming soon.
Engagement Survey Report Export
We’ve redesigned the engagement survey export to make it easier to analyze survey data. This update improves formatting and usability, based on feedback from customers.
That’s it for September! As always, we’d love to hear your feedback. Please reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
