Issue with LMS365 (Learn365) web parts not loading

Users may face the issue where the training home page, course catalog page, or My Training Dashboard takes a long time to load. This issue could be caused by a user's browser settings. 

This article describes how you can configure your browser settings to help prevent the page load issue in LMS365 (Learn365).

Apple Safari

Users working in the Apple Safari browser should navigate to the Safari settings > Preferences > Privacy and clear the Prevent cross-site tracking checkbox.

When using Safari on iPhone or iPad devices, navigate to Settings > Safari and toggle Prevent cross-site tracking to off.

Google Chrome

Users working in the Google Chrome browser should navigate to the browser Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data and ensure Block third-party cookies isn't selected.

If your organization doesn't allow third-party cookies settings to be configured, each user can do the following: go to the Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data and scroll to the Customized behaviors section.

Under Sites that can always use cookies, select Add > enter login.microsoftonline.com in the Site field > select the Including third-party cookies on this site checkbox > select Add to save your changes.

Microsoft Edge

Users working in the Microsoft Edge browser should navigate to the browser Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data and toggle Block third-party cookies to off.

If your organization doesn't allow third-party cookies settings to be configured, each user can do the following: go to the Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data and scroll to the Allow section.

Under Allow, select Add > enter login.microsoftonline.com in the Site field > select the Include third-party cookies on this site checkbox > select Add to save your changes.
