Users may face the issue where the training home page, course catalog page, or My Training Dashboard takes a long time to load. This issue could be caused by a user's browser settings.
Users may also face the issue where the course catalog and My Training Dashboard web parts don't open if they're added to the same page. This issue is caused by how SharePoint authenticates Learn365 web parts.
This article describes how you can configure your browser settings to help reduce the amount of time it takes to load pages. It also explains why both the course catalog and My Training Dashboard web parts shouldn't be added to the same page.

Apple Safari
Users working in the Apple Safari browser should navigate to the Safari settings > Preferences > Privacy and clear the Prevent cross-site tracking checkbox.
When using Safari on iPhone or iPad devices, navigate to Settings > Safari and toggle Prevent cross-site tracking to off.
Google Chrome
Users working in the Google Chrome browser should navigate to the browser Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data and ensure Block third-party cookies isn't selected.
If your organization doesn't allow third-party cookies settings to be configured, each user can do the following: go to the Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data and scroll to the Customized behaviors section.
Under Sites that can always use cookies, select Add > enter login.microsoftonline.com in the Site field > select the Including third-party cookies on this site checkbox > select Add to save your changes.
Microsoft Edge
Users working in the Microsoft Edge browser should navigate to the browser Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data and toggle Block third-party cookies to off.
If your organization doesn't allow third-party cookies settings to be configured, each user can do the following: go to the Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data and scroll to the Allow section.
Under Allow, select Add > enter login.microsoftonline.com in the Site field > select the Include third-party cookies on this site checkbox > select Add to save your changes.
The course catalog and My Training Dashboard web parts don't load when they are added to the same page
As a result of how SharePoint authenticates Learn365 web parts, you shouldn't add both the course catalog and My Training Dashboard web parts to the same page (such as the catalog home page). If you add both these web parts to the same page, the web parts fail to open and the "Oops, something went wrong." message is displayed.
To ensure these web parts open, add them to separate pages (the pages that are generated during catalog site creation).
