To enable a learner to retake a course or training plan after their certificate expires:
1. Go to the Learn365 Admin Center > Training Management > select a course or training plan > Manage Course / Training Plan Settings.
2. In the Due date and certificate section, select a Certificate template from the drop-down list. In the following example, the certificate status will automatically change to Expired 365 days after course completion.
