Admins and instructors
Instructors, course admins, and catalog admins who have access to the Learn365 Admin Center can use the catalog selector on the Training Management and Users pages. The catalog selector enables them to switch between available catalogs for which they have the instructor, course admin, or catalog admin role.
From the catalog selector drop-down list, they select the relevant catalog. Thus, the Learn365 Admin Center will display information related to the selected catalog. In the catalog selector, they can see listed only these catalogs they have permissions to.
Catalog admins with additional LMS admin, Microsoft 365 global admin, or SharePoint admin role assigned to them can see the All catalogs option in the catalog selector which brings them to the Course catalog management page of the Global Settings area.
The catalog selector uses cache memory so it might show catalogs that user no longer has permission to view. If user doesn't have the necessary permissions to view a catalog, they'll be denied access to it. To resolve this issue, they need to clear the cache and refresh the page.
Catalog admin with additional roles assigned to them
Catalog admins with additional LMS admin, Microsoft 365 global admin, or SharePoint admin role can view the list of all available catalogs on the tenant from the Learn365 Admin Center > Global Settings > Course catalog management.
On the opened Course catalog management page, they select the relevant catalog to view and manage.
To find the relevant catalog, they can also use the Search field, a filter next to the Title or Catalog URL columns.
Line managers
For line managers to change the catalog on the Line Manager Dashboard, they need to select the relevant catalog in the catalog selector drop-down list on the main taskbar of the Line Manager Dashboard.
If the line manager has access to several course catalogs or all catalogs of the tenant, these catalogs will be listed in the catalog drop-down list and available for selection. The All catalogs option is available in the drop-down list and enables the line manager to see the summary of the subordinates' learning progress across all catalogs the line manager has access to.
