The Zensai service health status page provides an overview of the current and past health status of Learn365 and Weekly10. This article describes what information you can find on the page, and how the provided information helps you, as a customer, to stay informed about the product health status. You can check the health page in case of an issue to determine whether this is a known problem with a resolution in progress before you contact support or spend time troubleshooting.

How to find the Zensai service health status page

To see the current and past health status of Learn365 and Weekly10, navigate to the Zensai service health status page in one of the following ways:

 

What information can be found on the Zensai service health status page?

Zensai regularly provides updates to the Learn365 and Weekly10 platforms, with the purpose of ensuring security, performance, availability, and providing new features and functionality.

If these updates affect the performance of Learn365 and Weekly10 services or applications, we'll communicate this on the Zensai service health status page.

You can follow Learn365 and Weekly10 operations daily to get current and historical views, as well as track service incidents and see which regions are affected.

For each service incident, you can see the start and end times of the events, as well as a postmortem report.

 

How to read the information on the Zensai service health status page

On the Zensai service health status page, the health state of each region is shown in separate rows.

The default view shows health history for the last 90 days. Select a day to view information about the health status on that day. To view the incident details and report, select the link in the opened window.

To view health history for an earlier period, select the View historical uptime link. The Uptime tab opens. Here, you can select a date range for and a region. To view the details of the health status or incident, select the relevant date.

To see more information about a specific incident, select the link in the opened window.

Select the Incidents tab to show all the incidents for each month. To find information about a specific incident, use the left and right arrows to navigate through the months. Select Filter Components to filter the regions and components.

To view information about an incident and its report, select the incident title. The Incident Report page opens.

Health status

On the Zensai service health status page, you can find the following Learn365 health statuses:

  • Operational. All systems are functional and respond in a timely manner.
  • Under maintenance. The product teams regularly roll out new releases and product updates. Impacted regions are functional but may experience slow performance.
  • Degraded performance. A service or application is working but is experiencing slow performance, or is impacted in a minor. For example, an unusually high amount of traffic might affect system performance.
  • Partial outage. A service or application isn't available to a subset of customers but is available to everybody else.
  • Major outage. Learn365 isn't available to customers or functionality is broken.

 

The status of an incident

Service incidents are presented with one of the following statuses. An incident status is updated every hour to provide the most up-to-date information.

  • Investigating. We're aware of an issue and we can see its symptoms, but we're still investigating the root cause.
  • Identified. We've identified the root cause of the incident and we're working on a fix.
  • Monitoring. We've fixed the issue or created a hotfix, and we're carrying out rigorous testing to ensure system behavior is correct.
  • Resolved. We've resolved the root cause of the issue and the systems have returned to normal.

 

How to sign up for notifications

To receive notifications about Learn365 and Weekly10 health status, you can subscribe to updates via email or employ webhooks to get notifications in your internal systems. Select SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES and choose from the available options.
