In this article, we describe what will happen when your subscription has expired and how you can renew your subscription if you would like to continue using Learn365.
In this article:
How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription with us, you should primarily notify your assigned Zensai Customer Success Manager. Secondarily, you can email license@zensai.com to confirm your renewal intent.
The standard SaaS agreement signed with completion of a Learn365 quote states that in the event of a cancellation, you must notify us in writing at least 60 days before the anniversary end date. Otherwise, the Learn365 subscription will renew automatically with a periodic price increase. The price increase for 2024 is 5% of the previous Gross Contract Value.
You can review your license end date and set up email reminders about your renewal via the Learn365 Admin Center > Global Settings > Subscription Information. The Subscription Information page opens.
- To review your license end date, select the Subscription Plan tab. You'll find the End date in the Subscription section. For more information, see the Subscription Plan section of this article.
- To set up renewal email reminders, select the Notifications tab and configure the settings. For more information, see the Notifications section of this article.
What will happen if my subscription expires?
If your subscription has expired, you have a period of 14 days to handle the subscription issue. During this period, the system will still work. As an administrator, you will see a warning in the Learn365 Admin Center advising you of the expiring subscription.
If the subscription isn't extended after the 14 days' grace period, the system will stop working and learners will see the following notification "Oops, it seems there is an issue with the LMS. Please report this to your LMS Administrator if the issue persists."
After your Learn365 subscription has expired, you have 60 days to renew it without a need to re-provision your Microsoft 365 tenant. After these 60 days, we remove your tenant records from the subscription database and after that, your data cannot be recovered.
If you try to use Learn365 afterward, you will get the following error message "Oops, something went wrong. Tenant not found".
You can set up notifications to alert selected administrators with email notifications before and after your Learn365 subscription expires. In this way, you can be on top of the Learn365 subscription expiration.
