How to add the LMS365 app to the Microsoft 365 app launcher

The Microsoft 365 app launcher is a menu of apps and services that your organization is licensed for. It opens when you select the app launcher icon 14-12.png  on https://www.office.com.

You can make the LMS365 app available from the Microsoft app launcher and, hereby, provide quick access to the learning platform for everyone in your organization.

How to add the LMS365 app to the Microsoft 365 app launcher

The LMS365 app can be added to the Microsoft 365 app launcher via the Microsoft admin center by the Microsoft 365 global administrator.

 

NOTE   

You need to have a working Learn365 installation to be able to add the LMS365 app to the Microsoft 365 app launcher.

 

To add the LMS365 app, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com with your Microsoft 365 admin credentials and follow the steps described in Microsoft documentation.

When all steps are completed, the LMS365 app will appear in the Microsoft 365 app launcher under the All apps tab for you and the Learn365 users in your organization. 

 

How to pin the LMS365 app to the Microsoft 365 app launcher 

For quicker navigation, you can pin the LMS365 app to the Microsoft 365 app launcher.

To pin the LMS365 app:

1. Find LMS365 in the Microsoft 365 app launcher under All apps > Other.

2. In the drop-down menu, select Pin to launcher.

Now, users can find the LMS365 app as one of the apps featured under Apps in the Microsoft 365 app launcher.

If users navigate to All apps, they will see the LMS365 app under Admin selected apps.
