Log in to the Learn365 mobile app

Introduction

Learners need to log in to the Learn365 mobile app to engage with learning.

This article provides guidance on how to log in to the Learn365 mobile app as an internal or external user.

Requirements

The Learn365 mobile app supports the following platforms:

  • iOS 10.0 or later.
  • Android 5.1 or later.

We support Conditional Access policies and the installation of the Learn365 mobile app using Microsoft Intune internally for iOS and Android phones. Depending on users' device types and whether their organization has the conditional access policies set, they may need to have Microsoft Authenticator and Company Portal installed on their device to successfully log in to their account.

Find more information about how to set up policies for Microsoft Intune to work with the Learn365 mobile app in this article.

IMPORTANT

  • If Office 365 Advanced Threat protection Safe Links policies are configured for the organization, users need to add the Learn365 URL https://*365.systems/* as an exception to the "do not rewrite" list. This enables users to open courses directly from the Learn365 mobile app.

  • If users work on a device that is Microsoft 365 Device Management System compliant, all the required policies are configured, and the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed on the device, then the login process occurs intuitively via the Microsoft Authenticator app.
