Submitting ideas and feedback for Learn365

We continuously strive to enhance Learn365 to ensure that we deliver the best experience for our customers. We receive many ideas for product improvements and appreciate the valuable input from customers and partners.

We have decided to discountinue the external Ideas Portal, in favor of more qualified communication channels. We are still committed to actively listening to your feedback through a variety of channels and practices. Talking to your Learn365 Customer Success Manager or consultant, being a part of our Customer Community, or participating in NPS surveys are some of the examples of how to get your voice heard.

We consider all feedback but due to the high volume of product input, and our dedication to product focus, it isn't possible to implement all suggested product improvements.
