What's New in the Human Success Platform, October 2025

 

Welcome to the October edition, with plenty of updates to share. You'll see we've extended capabilities in Content365 Authoring, added to Content365 x Go1 with Select packages now available to new Go1 customers, and streamlined goals and user management in Perform & Engage 365. So let’s dive in.

Content365 Authoring enhancements

Hot on the heels of the release of Content365 Authoring last month, we’ve made creating courses from the add-on even more flexible with options to transform existing expert-created content into engaging learning. 

You can now:

Follow a guided flow to create a course from an uploaded document.

Easily convert existing presentations into new learning content in just a few clicks

Go1 Select packages (new Go1 customers only)

Select 10, Select 25 and Select 50 packages from Go1 are designed for organizations who only need a few Go1 courses at a time. Select packages are now available for Learn365 customers who don’t currently have a Go1 subscription. The integration enables learners to access and complete Go1 courses purchased by their organization, with usage restrictions automatically applied based on the package chosen.

Bulk goals archiving

Help keep everyone focused on their current, priority goals and simplify goal management for administrators, with the ability for admins to archive goals in bulk.

User service integration

If you are already using Integrate365 to provision your users from external HRIS or HCM systems either complementing or instead of using Entra ID, you can now bring that data into Perform & Engage 365.
