The Learn365 Freemium service was completely phased out for existing Learn365 tenants on April 1, 2026. This means that Learn365 is no longer available for customers with a Freemium subscription.
If you didn't transition to a paid Learn365 Professional subscription by April 1, 2026, you will have lost access to Learn365 and learners won't be able to take training from April 1, 2026 onwards.
