Microsoft has announced that Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online will be retired on October 1, 2026. For more information about Microsoft's retirement of EWS in Exchange Online, see this Microsoft article.
To mitigate this change, we are transitioning functionality that currently relies on EWS to the Microsoft Graph API, which is Microsoft’s recommended and supported approach going forward.
This change affects only organizations that use the Select room functionality when creating or managing sessions. For information about how this change impacts such organizations and the steps they must take before October 1, 2026, see this article.
Organizations that don't use room selection aren't impacted and don't need to take any action.
