Introduction

The My Team dashboard in Perform & Engage 365 offers managers at-a-glance information (such as pending check-in reviews, the progress toward goals, and the number of mentions and pass-ups) about people in their team.

Information on the My Team dashboard

Required role: Manager

At the top of the page, you'll see the To Do and Team cards.

NOTE

The To Do card is available only in the web version of Perform & Engage 365.

  • The To Do card shows the number of pending check-in reviews, along with the name of your team members whose check-ins are awaiting your review (if any). Select Review to go to the check-in review page.
  • The Team card displays your team size and the percentage of check-ins completed this week, along with the options to see Goals and Questions. Select Goals to go to your team's Goals tab. Select Questions to go the Organization > Questions tab, where you can see check-in questions for Organization, Department, Team, and an individual user (Person).

The Team Overview table

The Team Overview table presents the following information about your team members:

  • Name. If a user has a primary department set, it will be shown above the name.
  • Goals. The user's progress towards their set goals, expressed as a percentage.
  • The number of Mentions & Pass-ups.
  • Conversations.
  • Last Check-in. The date on which a user submitted their most recent check-in. You'll see a green dot Up to date if there are no pending check-in reviews. Hover over the row to view any completed check-ins. If a check-in is pending your review, you'll see Review on hover. Select it to go to the check-in review page. If a user hasn’t submitted a scheduled checking, Remind is shown on hover. Select it to send a reminder notification to the user.

NOTE

Users will also receive a default reminder notification when a check-in is overdue.

When you hover over a row, links to View User Profile and Updates, Set Questions & Goals, and view their team (where appropriate) are also shown.
