Perform & Engage 365 orientation for admins

This quick reference guide will help you navigate all the areas of Perform & Engage 365 you’ll need to get up and running.

The 'Me' Tab

Your profile page

The ‘Me’ Tab

This is your personal hub for everything you do on Perform & Engage 365. It is available for all users by default.

The 'Me' tab on Microsoft Teams

On your 'Me tab' you can:

  1. View your profile name and image, and who your check-ins will go to (usually your manager).
  2. Explore your check-in history
  3. Access your past and current performance conversations (Perform & Engage 365 users only)
  4. View your Goals or OKRs (Perform & Engage 365 users only)
  5. See and complete any training available or view completed training 
  6. Send or request ad-hoc feedback
  7. Complete your next check-in

On your 'Me tab' you can:

  1. View your profile name and image, who your check-ins will go to (usually your manager) and the day and frequency your check-in is due 
  2. Explore your check-in history
  3. Access your past and current performance conversations (Perform & Engage 365 users only)
  4. Send or request ad-hoc feedback
  5. Access any employee files uploaded to your profile
  6. See and complete any training available or view completed training 
  7. Complete your next check-in
  8. Explore the mentions and pass-ups you have received
  9. View your Goals or OKRs (Perform & Engage 365 users only)

The ‘My Team’ tab

As an admin it is likely you will have your own team of colleagues using Perform & Engage 365. If so, you will have access to the ‘My Team’ tab that allow you to see how your direct reports are using Perform & Engage 365 and provide feedback on their updates.

On your 'My Team' tab you can:

  1. See the members of your team
  2. Review, edit, add, and archive any set goals or OKRs
  3. View key updates and stats from the individual members of your team (clicking on their profile picture will open a more detailed employee profile overview for you to explore)
  4. Review check-ins, view past check-ins, or send a reminder notification if a check-in is overdue

On your 'My Team' tab you can:

  1. See your 'To do' list which will include check-in reviews, performance conversation updates and more
  2. Review, edit, add, and archive any set goals or OKRs
  3. Review, edit, add, and archive team and personal-level questions
  4. View key updates and stats from the individual members of your team (clicking on their profile picture will open a more detailed employee profile overview for you to explore)
  5. Review check-ins, view past check-ins, or send a reminder notification if a check-in is overdue

The ‘Organisation’ Tab

Note: Currently this is only available through the Perform & Engage 365 web platform, though it will be launching across Microsoft Teams soon.

As an admin user you will have access to the ‘Organisation’ tab. This is an admin-only area of the platform so managers and employees cannot see this.

From the 'Organisation' tab you can:

  1. Access a larger number of additional screens including:
    1. Tags: Set-up hashtags that add additional context to a piece of feedback in a check-in
    2. Departments: See current and create new departments 
    3. Questions: Review, edit, add and archive questions
    4. Check-ins: Review and edit your check-in schedules
    5. OKRs or Goals: Review, edit, add and archive OKRs or goals
    6. Conversations: Create, assign and manage performance conversations (e.g. reviews & 1:1s)
    7. Manage: Manage and add users, edit organisational hierarchy and create new teams
    8. Reports: Access any requested canned reports
  2. View sentiment and check-in participation data
  3. Review active organisation-level questions
  4. Manage and view current employees using Perform & Engage 365
  5. View talent mapping data if available (Perform & Engage 365 users only)
  6. View 10Pulse employee engagement data 
  7. View active conversation campaigns
  8. View the mentions feed to see who is recognising who and why

Your Profile Page

Note: Currently this can only be accessed through the Perform & Engage 365 web platform.

To access your profile page, select your own avatar image and select 'settings'.

This acts as a profile admin page for you. From here you can change your personal details, password, upload a profile picture and manage your vacation (so you don’t get Perform & Engage 365 notifications while away).
