Update goal or OKR progress in Perform & Engage 365

The ability to update goal/OKR progress in Perform & Engage 365 depends on the goal/OKR level and the user’s role:

  • Organization goal/OKR progress can be updated by a Super admin and the user specified as the responsible person during goal/OKR creation.
  • Department goal/OKR progress can be updated by a Super admin, a Department admin, and the user specified as the responsible person during goal/OKR creation.
  • Team goal progress can be updated by a Super admin, the team manager, and, if the team is within a department, the Department admin.
  • Personal goal progress can be updated by the employee, their manager, a Super admin, and, if the employee belongs to a department, the Department admin.

If a goal has the Auto-calculate option enabled, its progress is updated automatically based on sub-goal completion.

OKR overall progress is updated automatically based on the result progress.

To update goal/OKR progress:

1. Depending on the user’s role and the level (team, department, etc.) at which you want to update goal/OKR progress, select Me, My Team, or Organization on the top navigation bar.

2. On the top menu, select Goals or OKRs (depending on the organization goal type set in Advanced Organization Settings).

3. Select the level (Personal, Team, Department, or Organization).

4. Select the three-dot icon next to a goal or an OKR and select Update progress.

5. Update the progress of the goal/sub-goal or OKR/result by entering a new value in the field. For example, if you use the currency unit to track the progress, enter the new amount.

6. If needed, enter a comment in the Enter comment field and attach a file to the Attachments section.

7. Select Save to update the progress.
