Connect a conversation template to a talent map in Perform & Engage 365

Required role: Super admin.

To connect a conversation template to a talent map in Perform & Engage 365, follow these steps.

1. Select Organization > Conversations.

2. Select the Templates tab.

3. Select the Edit icon next to the relevant template.

4. Select Edit next to Custom workflow.

5. Select the Edit icon inside the stage where you want add the talent map template.

6. Select Generate talent map checkbox.

7. Select the Talent map template from the drop-down list to populate data into the talent map screen. 

8. Select Save. The Talent Map icon will be displayed inside the stage.

 

NOTE  

Talent mapping field names must exactly match the conversation element labels.
