Run engagement survey reports in Perform & Engage 365

Introduction

It's possible to report on survey responses, where you can see respondents' anonymized answers in Perform & Engage 365. All survey responses are anonymous and can't be traced back to an employee.

The engagement surveys feature isn't automatically enabled for your organization. To enable it, contact Zensai Product Support or your Customer Success Manager.

In this article, we describe how Super admins can run engagement survey reports and what information is available in the reports.

Run an engagement survey report

Required role: Super admin.

1. Select Organisation > Engagement Surveys. The Engagement Surveys page opens.

2. Select the Reports card. The Engagement Surveys - Reporting page opens.

Here, you can see all your organization's Active, Published, and Past engagement surveys that have at least one response. The number of intended recipients, survey status, survey start and end dates, and the response rate are displayed.

3. Select the survey on which you want to report. This opens the survey reporting page.

At the top of the page, the survey name and optional description are displayed, as well as the survey start and end date.

Below this, you'll see the number of survey Recipients and Respondents are also displayed, together with the survey Completion rate.

Further down, each question is displayed, in the order presented in the survey. The information displayed depends on the question type.

  • For Choice, Rating, and Yes/No questions, a bar chart shows the number of responses for each possible answer.
  • For Text questions, an AI-generated summary of all responses is displayed. Below the summary, you'll see the first few anonymized responses to the question. Select View all to open the RESPONSES panel, where you can see all responses. Select the navigation buttons to browse all responses.

The number of responses for each question is displayed at the bottom of each question section.

As you scroll down the page, you can return to the top by selecting the arrow in the bottom right-hand side of the page.
