Required role: Employee.
You can add one other user as a delegate in Perform & Engage 365. A delegate can access and use your account. Return to this page to remove their access.
1. Select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then User Settings, or select the icon with either your photo or initials then Settings. The settings page opens on the Profile tab.
2. Select the Delegate tab. You can also open this tab via the cog icon > Manage Delegates.
3. Select the required user from the drop-down.
4. Select Add.
5. Select Revoke to remove their access to your account.
