Overview
The Me dashboard in Perform & Engage 365 presents all employees with a visual summary of their performance and engagement. The following information is displayed at the top of the page:
- Your name and picture (if provided).
- Your manager's name.
- The regularity of check-ins, for example weekly, bi-weekly, and so on.
- Person properties. Additional information, such as your department, job title, and location.
- The original start date of the check-ins, and the next check-in due date.
- Goals, along with the progress percentage across all goals. You can access your goals by selecting Goals.
- The next regular check-in due date. Complete check-in is displayed if you can complete a scheduled check-in. Otherwise, you’ll see how long until you can complete it. Submit an ad hoc Check-in is available outside your regular check-in schedule. Ad-hoc check-ins are supplementary and don't replace your scheduled check-in.
- The number of Mentions and Pass-ups over the past 12 months. Click the circle with the number to view the mentions and pass-ups, respectively.
My Check-ins
The My Check-ins tab presents an overview of your check-ins. The following information is displayed:
- Due. The due date for the check-in. By default, check-ins are sorted by this column.
- Submitted. The date the check-in was submitted. If a check-in hasn't been submitted, a dash (-) will be displayed.
- Status. Displays Submitted or Not submitted.
- Reviewed. If your manager has reviewed a check-in, a green checkmark will be displayed. Otherwise, a gray circle will be shown.
Select View to see a submitted check-in.
My Conversations
This tab gathers information based on the conversation templates you've either completed or are in progress with. The types of conversation shown depend on your organization’s settings. The following information is displayed:
- Type
- Status
- Report Start
- Report End
- Completed
- Reviewer.
Select an option from the drop-down above the table (the default value is Show All) to view information about a specific conversation type.
Select View to see the conversation in a new tab.
Select Create new review to open Select review template dialog, where you can choose what type of conversation you want to start, for example 360 Feedback. The options available depend on your organization’s settings. Select Create new review to start the conversation.
Feedback
NOTE
This is an optional add-on feature.
The Feedback tab shows feedback about you that has been collected from people across your organization. You or your manager can give and request feedback. This feature doesn’t replace a check-in or a conversation template.
The following information is presented:
- From
- Topic
- Feedback
- Requested
- Provided.
Select Show feedback sent to view all the feedback you've given.
Select Request feedback to ask anyone at your organization or externally for feedback. If you ask for an external user’s feedback, enter their email address. You can choose to share the feedback with your manager.
Select Send feedback to provide feedback to anyone in your organization. You can select more than one person, and choose to share the feedback with their manager.
My Files
NOTE
This is an optional add-on feature.
The My Files tab enables you to view any files uploaded to your Perform & Engage 365 profile. Only Super admins can upload files.
View files
The following information is presented:
- Filename
- Title
- Date
- Type
- Uploaded by.
Upload files
Required role: Super admin.
Super admins can upload employee files.
1. Select the expand arrow to view file details.
2. Select Add File to upload a file.
3. Select Add folder to create a folder. Select Add File next to the folder name to upload a file into that folder.
4. Select Delete to delete the uploaded file.
My Training
NOTE
This is an optional feature and certain functions, such as an employee's ability to add to their training record and to see their training from Learn365, depend on your organization's settings.
The My Training tab presents information about courses you're enrolled in, together with their completion status.
The following information is presented:
- Type. The training type: e-learning, instructor-led training, or training plan.
- Date. The training completion date.
- Name. The title of the training.
- Status. The status of the training, for example Complete or Not complete.
Select Training +. The Add Personal Training Record dialog opens. Enter the relevant training information and upload a file, if required. Select Create to add the training record.
If your organization has set up the sync between Perform & Engage 365 and Learn365, employees can see their progress with Learn365 training.
- Select Resync External Training and then Start Sync in the Resync External Training dialog to synchronize training records from Learn365.
- Select View for the relevant training. The course information dialog opens. Select Launch Training to go to its home page in My Training Dashboard in Learn365.
Engagement Surveys
NOTE
To enable this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager or create a support ticket to request it.
The following information is presented for each survey:
- Name
- Due date
- Status
- Submitted on.
