To create a goal or an OKR in Perform & Engage 365:

2. On the top menu, select Goals or OKRs (depending on the organization goal type set in Advanced Organization Settings).
3. Select the level (Personal, Team, Department, or Organization).
4. At the top of the level item (departments, teams, etc.), select Add Goal or Add OKR (depending on the goal type set in Advanced Organization Settings). The Add New Goal or Add New OKR screen opens.
