Import goals or OKRs in Perform & Engage 365

Required role: Super admin.

1. Select the settings cog icon > Bulk Data Upload.

2. Select Goals.

3. Select the sample file link in the introductory text to download the .csv sample file and see how to format your file.

4. Prepare the file.

5. Once prepared, select Choose File, and select the file from your local device.

6. Select Upload.

If the import is successful, the Bulk Upload Goals screen with the 0 Errors tab at the top is displayed.

If the file contains errors, the upload will fail, and no data will be imported. The Bulk Upload Goals screen will highlight the columns with errors. Hover over the highlighted cells for more information about the errors. Resolve the errors in the file and upload it again.

7. Select Upload. A success message with the number of created and updated goals/OKRs is displayed.
