Possible errors in the Perform & Engage 365

While working with the Perform & Engage 365 API, you might experience the following errors:

  • 401. The credentials are incorrect. Make sure to use the active and valid login and password generated in the cog icon > API Keys.
  • 404. Couldn't find the instance. For example, the error may occur if you want to get more information about a particular check-in, but the check-in ID specified in the request doesn't exist. Check the parameters you entered and try again.
