Manager/Admin: How to adjust check-in frequency and day in Perform & Engage 365

As a manager, you can adjust the frequency of Perform & Engage 365 check-ins for all of your team or specific individuals.

To adjust the check-in frequency for all of your assigned team members go to your 'My Team' tab at the top of your dashboard and click the 'Questions' tab. Here you will be able to view all of the questions your team are receiving.

If you select the Team tab it will state the default frequency for your team. By clicking the edit button to the right hand side of this you can adjust this to your chosen frequency. 

 

If you select the individual named tabs you can also adjust the frequency in the same way for certain team members. 

 

From this screen you can also set your own team questions and view/ edit any current live questions and data.
