We continuously work to improve and refine Learn365 to ensure we always offer you a learning environment that meets the needs of the modern workplace. Approximately every fourth week, we will release a new major version of Learn365 that will introduce new features and capabilities, enhancements, and fixes.
Learn365 is a pure Software as a Service (SaaS) product so releases will be automatically rolled out to your environment to ensure you and your organization always experience the most up-to-date learning environment.
In this article, we provide you with an overview of how you can prepare yourself for the rollout of major Learn365 releases.

Release communication process
To help you prepare for the rollout of major Learn365 releases, you can find information about planned release dates for the next three releases in the Release schedule section of the Product and service updates page of the Zensai Help Center.
When a release goes live, you'll find all the information about new features and capabilities, enhancements, and fixes in the release notes.
Updated Zensai Help Center articles (product guides) will be published when a release goes live. You can visit these articles if you want to learn more about how to configure and use new and updated features.
Preview of significant product changes
Occasionally, we may offer you a preview of significant product changes. This approach will enable you and your organization to prepare for changes that will impact the user experience. It will also enable us to further test, fine-tune, and implement changes based on valuable customer feedback before they go on general release.
How to get notified of information about the next release
Watch out for the banner notification in the Learn365 Admin Center and for notifications on the Zensai Customer Community on Yammer. Here, we'll announce information about product releases, let you know when a new release is rolled out, and when a product change is offered as preview.
